A wellness coach is someone who is fully dedicated to helping you achieve balance and growth in all aspects of your life — from physical health, to mental clarity, to emotional well-being. I’m not here to give advice on what you should be doing. I’m here to hold a safe space where you can show up exactly as you are. No filters, no masks. I’m here to listen to your thoughts, your stressors, your dreams, your setbacks — all of it.
The beauty of this space is that it’s reserved just for you. It’s a low-maintenance partnership where you’re not only welcomed but encouraged to unload completely —without any expectation to reciprocate. If you’re someone who loves connection but doesn’t always have the capacity for the heaviness that deep shares often bring, this partnership is basically the unicorn of relationships — the kind you didn’t think actually existed.
A partnership with a coach is about making room for your whole self, and feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. We get to avoid, rather than tiptoe over, small talk before we get deep. Because who actually enjoys small talk?
So if you’re ready to dive in, to share your story, and to make meaningful progress toward a more balanced, fulfilled life — I’m here for it. I’m here for you.

Coaching with me is not just about setting goals and checking boxes — it’s about having a space where you can show up fully as you are. I believe real transformation happens in the deep, raw, unfiltered conversations that many shy away from — whether out of guilt, shame, or fear of judgment. I don’t do surface-level. I thrive in the deep. I love vulnerability. And I certainly don’t find it awkward — because it’s only awkward if you make it awkward.
In our sessions, you’ll experience a unique blend of depth and ease. We’ll tackle the hard stuff head-on, but in a way that feels natural — not heavy and overwhelming. I don’t subscribe to toxic positivity, nor do I overreact and call it “empathy.” Instead, I believe in holding space with honesty, neutrality, and a kind of lightheartedness that makes even the hardest conversations feel safe. We’ll talk, we’ll laugh, we’ll strategize, and we’ll create a plan that works for you.
Most importantly, I never coach from a posture of righteousness or timid uncertainty. I’m here to be your ally, not your judge. I’m confident in my role as your coach, and I truly believe that our partnership has the power to be transformative. You are not alone in this journey, and every step you take toward growth is one I’ll be proud to walk with you. This is more than just coaching. This is a shared commitment to your well-being, and I’m honored to be part of that process.

No, coaching is not a replacement for therapy. While both can be valuable tools for personal growth, they serve different purposes. Therapy is typically focused on healing past wounds, diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, and working through deep emotional challenges. Coaching, on the other hand, is future-focused. It’s about goal setting, habit-building, accountability, and creating a personalized roadmap for your well-being.
Although I hold a B.S. in psychology and am certified in wellness — a field that embraces a multifaceted approach to health — I operate within a specific scope. My role is to encourage, support, and guide you in optimizing your lifestyle, but I do not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical mental health services. If deeper emotional or psychological concerns arise, I will always encourage you to seek the appropriate professional support while continuing to stand alongside you in your wellness journey.

For those who desire a faith-based approach, I am more than happy to integrate Christian principles into our sessions—whether that means discussing faith-related struggles, incorporating biblical encouragement, or simply having a coach who understands the importance of aligning wellness with your spiritual walk.
While I do not label myself as a “Christian Wellness Coach,” I am a Christian, and I am a coach. I know firsthand how valuable it can be to work with someone who understands faith-based challenges, and I’m honored to offer that space for those seeking it. However, if faith is not something you wish to include in our work together, that is completely okay too—this is your journey, and I’m here to support you in the way that serves you best.

A valid question for someone who openly shares their faith within the framework of their business.
Spirituality is one of the six dimensions of wellness, but it looks different for everyone. It doesn’t have to mean Christianity; it simply refers to where you seek meaning, refuge, and guidance. Even if the place you seek refuge or the beliefs that guide you differ from mine, I am equally committed to supporting you on your journey with the same respect, encouragement, and care.
My coaching practice is open to everyone, regardless of faith or background, and I will never push my beliefs onto you. My priority is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and fully supported in your personal wellness journey.
I have a feeling you’re searching for more.
If you’re here, exploring what this space is all about, I have a feeling you’re searching for more. Not more things, not more accolades — an internal, unshakable sense of wholeness.
I know the wellness space is oversaturated with contradicting advice, quick fixes, and unrealistic expectations. This isn’t that. This is a space that validates life’s unpredictability, and supports your navigation through it.
Together, we’ll dive into whatever resonates most with you: goal setting, habit tracking, recovery, nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, social well-being, and more.
Wherever you are, and wherever you dream of being, it’d be the honor of a lifetime to walk alongside you.
